2025 HARVEST

leaving behind a terrible last year, with severe weather conditions which resulted to a reduced and destroyed harvest in all our aromatics, we are thankful for 2025 which seems much better due to rainfall and lower temperatures. Rose harvesting has began, and eventually, God willing, we will be harvesting our organic oregano, herb tea and by mid June our lavender. Wishing a fruitful harvest to all farmers!
