Harvesting Wheat & Lavender

Harvesting is almost sacred. You give and you take in return; in abundance. In my view, there is nothing more fulfilling than working the earth under the great dome. Pure durum wheat will become flour and then whole wheat pasta. The aromatic lavender will travel around Greece and abroad. Truly "Food you eat, not food that eats you". Και του χρόνου με υγεία!
